By accessing or using PostTime (posttime.bet), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

PostTime provides AI-generated horse racing tips, ratings and analysis for information and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site is financial advice, professional betting advice, or a recommendation to place any particular bet. Results are not guaranteed, no selection is certain to win, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

18+ and responsible gambling

PostTime is intended for users aged 18 and over only. Gambling can be addictive — please play responsibly and never bet more than you can afford to lose. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Premium subscription

PostTime Premium is a monthly recurring subscription that gives unlimited use of the Bet Checker (free accounts get a limited number of checks per day) plus other premium features as they launch. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial; a valid card is required to start the trial, and no charge is made until it ends. It automatically renews each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details.

To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends. You can cancel at any time via Manage Subscription on the Premium page. Cancelling stops future billing, and you'll keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds & cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges — see above. Once a billing period has started, we do not offer refunds for the unused portion of that period, except where required by law (for example, statutory cooling-off/consumer-rights periods that may apply in your jurisdiction). If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access it by any means other than the interface we provide, interfering with its operation, or using it to break any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The PostTime name, site design, and the tips, ratings and written content we publish are our property or used under licence. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish or redistribute our content without permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any tip, rating, odds data or other content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostTime is not liable for any losses — including betting losses — arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
